Microsoft Developing Next-Gen Xbox LIVE?
According to a job posting on Game on Deck, yes. The posting is looking for a program manager to work on the ‘next release of the Xbox’. Not only that, but the posting is pointing towards a revamp of Microsoft’s Xbox LIVE online application. The post goes on to read:
We’re building the games, the console interface and logic, and the server support for a totally new LIVE experience.
Looks like all the recent reports of Microsoft actively looking towards the ‘next’ next gen system arent’ totally off base. We could possibly hear more about this at this weeks Game Developers Conference in San Fransisco, but we’re not holding our collective breath.
